Congregational Meeting

A congregational meeting will be held on Sunday August 17th after service at 10:45 AM to vote on the purchase of the house located at 260 2nd Ave SE, Milaca (2 doors east of Zion on the corner) for the price of $82,000.00 and to finance this purchase at First national Bank of Milaca with a mortgage of up to $100,000.00 to allow for necessary updating of this property. The intent of this purchase is for future expansion of the church property. Future uses could include parking, recreation area for youth, or expansion of existing facilities. In the short term the plan is to rent out the property to help subsidize the loan payments.
