9/8/19 Zion's three year olds are welcomed to Sunday School
and each one got a little lamb stuffie.

This year’s Quilt Raffle quilt is black, white, and shades
 of red (102” x 87”)
It's done in a prayer circle pattern,made by
Sandy Warmanen,and donated by the Eunice Circle.

7/14/19 Our newest members served an assortment
of tasty treats for Fellowship time.

6/30/19  On the last Sunday of every month, 
Zion's kids collect
the Noisy Offering
which goes to the ELCA Hunger Appeal.
A handful of change makes a lovely noise, but quiet money
gets the work done just as well!

5/18/19 We got fleeced! A Thrivent Action Team made fleece baby blankets
for Global Ministries. Here's Ardy with the first of the 20 blankets we made.

5/12/19 We honor the three remarkable young women who are graduating this year,
and we sat among all the quilts the Dorcas Quilters made this past year. More quilts

10/21/18 Zion's Homecoming and a visit from Bishop Thomas Aitken! More photos

7-8-18 Our missionary, Rev. Linda Johnson Seyenkulo, visited us,
preached, and showed photos from her mission in Liberia.

4/28/18 The Swedish Fika was a total success and the food was delicious!

4/15/18 Last Wednesday's American Swedish Institute Trunk Show was a 125th Anniversary Event
and it was a big success. Here Mark is showing how to use a stereopticon to see a 3D picture.

and the next day, a Zion gang went to Feed My Starving Children.

2/25/18 The special 125th Anniversary Quilt was dedicated today. It was
made by Jeannie who says it is a Log Cabin quilt in a Barn Raising layout
and is done in the blue and yellow colors of the Swedish flag. It is hanging
high in the open entryway to be a welcoming symbol to all who enter.

1/28/18 Dedication of the Archive Cabinet kicks off our 125th Anniversary year..
The lights are on and we can see the treasures within!
